Initial Consultation
In the initial phase of our consultation, we will go through an in-depth analysis to understand the client’s vision, goals, budget and timelines. Together we review provided drawings or consult with your architects in support of creating your drawing package.
Budget Estimate Presentation
Based on our initial consultation and review of your drawings our team will put together an estimate of the total costs for your project. The budget will cover all project costs and timeline of construction process.
Planning & Permit Application Approvals
Our team will collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to create detailed project plans and submission package including architectural drawings in order to apply for buildings permit approvals.
Construction Phase
Once the construction phase commences our project manager will collaborate and work closely with the designers, architects, and all necessary trades until we hand over the project to our clients. Our process is to provide a systematic approach to the execution of every project by developing an accurate scope of work that translates into a detailed quote and cost estimate of the project.
